pointer capture for mouse

this applet is very nice to stay in ubuntu panel, which will capture your mouse until you click it. save us a lot of time in reading time! especially when we are working as an administrator :)

suggest to add release mouse by ctrl as key modifer, which will make mouse more lazy :D
