listener running as default user

better add this to make listener work without need to change user everytime.
host sudo chmod g+w /usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/network/log/listener.log

now you can run lsnrctl start
and after that will make apex available at the same time.

wish to see oracle express edition for 11g release 2 has more flexible OFA :)
