hibernate for ubuntu intrepid ibex

normally your hibernate will result a password screen, which is named lock.
it's not so user friendly for your family member, like my son :D
so it can be changed like below:

gconftool-2 -g /apps/gnome-power-manager/lock/hibernate

use this command to check it's true, which means lock on.

gconftool-2 -s /apps/gnome-power-manager/lock/hibernate false --type bool

now it's turned off.
